At certain times of the year for example, during the Christmas season and school holidays, the demand for our service is high and the earlier you book the more likely it is we can help you. All bookings are taken on a strictly first call first served bases. We hope you understand.
Once we have selected a babysitter that you are happy with we require a 20% deposit which is payable by credit card. This secures your booking for the times that you have requested.
Payment is by credit card only. On arrival, a babysitter will ask you to sign a contract, along with the start time. We would also ask you to note the time they leave. We will then charge the balance remaining from the deposit from your credit card. We do not retain your credit card details.
