1: Baby–Cham.com is an agency providing a facility for its clients to book the services of babysitters registered on its database. The agency acts as an introduction and booking agency only. It does not employ babysitters. The client employs the babysitters.
2: The agency checks the references and identity of all babysitters and such information will be made available to the client if required. The client agrees that they have the sole responsibility in deciding to employ the babysitter.
3: The agency ensures that insurance cover is in place for all babysitters while working on assignments booked through the agency. The agency accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage arising from the engagement of the babysitter by the client.
4: The client agrees to provide the babysitter and the agency with details of any health and safety or other risks known to the client, be it with the residing property or the child/children.
5: Cancellations.
Due to commitments already made to the babysitters and others any deposit made is non-refundable.
6: In the unlikely event of Baby-Cham.com being unable to provide a sitter for any agreed sitting, Baby-Cham.com's liability will be limited to the return of any deposit already paid.
7: Hourly fees are charged to the nearest half hour.
8: By requesting a booking, you are giving Baby-Cham.com permission to retain your information for the duration of the booking.
9: Booking a babysitter through Baby-Cham.com confirms the clients acceptance of these terms and conditions.
