We had a great holiday. I was in desperate need of some 'me time' after 9 months of dedicated Mummy time with Lucas. Jay was lovely. It certainly made it a lot easier for me, as a first time Mum, leaving my baby smiling and happily giving Joanna cuddles as I left the chalet!!

Alice was great and was an integral part of making our holiday more relaxing. Her flexibility was a godsend and when we needed her to stay on a bit longer or do additional hours or days she did so without hesitation. Liam was very satisfied and enjoyed his outings with her to go "fishing" or sledding. Both Sam and I were able to enjoy skiing for the best part of the day without having to worry about Liam being bored. He is still talking about his days "snowboarding" (ie sledding) down the mountain and he is keen to go on a ski holiday again, which is good news for us!

Finding Baby Cham was a life saver. Our nanny, was a god send. I didn't need to worry about how skilled she was as Baby Cham had already done all that. The girls just loved spending time doing craft and cooking, sledding and going for walks and train rides. It allowed us to have some time to go skiing together and to have some 'us' time...a rare treat. Also being able to rent equipment instead of dragging it across the world was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend Baby Cham for your next holiday. "

As she may have told you, our 2 year old developed tonsilitis while we were there and he wasn't really himself, which probably made Petra's job harder. Petra was execellent in so many ways - keeping him happy as well as looking after his little brother. They were both very comfortable with her as too were we. Please pass on our thanks again to Petra from us and the boys! It's always a worry when you are in a different country and need to find child care for a few hours, but thankfully it was one aspect of holiday that turned out perfect. I would like to give some feedback on Petra as she deserves a glowing report. From day one she was extremely professional, explaining how she would work and her responsibilities as a representative of Baby-Cham. Both girls loved her and I immediately felt extremely comfortable leaving Beatrice with her. Even when I had to leave her crying, I knew that Petra would be exceptionally calm and loving with her and this made a world of difference to my peace of mind on our holiday. She was both flexible and considerate, ensuring that I was made aware of any issues at the chalet (we had a number of things go wrong) without worrying me or making me think I had to go back and save her. She followed Beatrice's routine without question and ensured that she slept and ate at the right times, whilst using her experience to determine if either needed to happen sooner. Because John was so ill, we were at the chalet more than we had intended to be but Petra remained discreet, professional and blended in to our family wonderfully.
I especially appreciated how helpful and proactive she was and always seemed to be a step ahead of what I might have needed for the children next.
I would highly recommend Petra to another family and think she is an excellent ambassador for Baby-Cham; we were extremely sad to say goodbye to her on her last day with us! Thank you very much for a great service.

When Vicky was ill one day, Ellie was able to get another wonderful nanny to us within a couple of hours allowing us to continue with our holiday and get the other children to ski school as planned! "Karen was extremely experienced of working with children of all ages and Robbie took to her very quickly. She was able to take him out about in the village so he wasn't couped up in the chalet all day, and even helped him build his first snowman!
