I wanted to thank you for your nice communication and leave a review on Baby-Cham and Abby.
We were extremely happy to have Abby babysit with our boy (1,5 yo) in Chamonix, as he liked Abby from minute 1 as if he knew her from long before (which is very rare for him) and they spent fantastic 2 days with her in the town, both playing various games inside our flat, spending a lot of time outside and in the playground, and using some indoor children playgrounds available in Chamonix. From the moment we saw Abby, we felt super safe and could properly enjoy skiing knowing our child is in good hands. Abby kept up perfectly with our son’s routine, sleeping, food and activities. He even learnt some new words and songs and was happy all the time! Communication with both Claire and Abby was super comfortable, they both were flexible and Abby reported quickly on our son’s day, both with pictures and sms. We were overall thrilled with our experience with Clarisse. From the moment she arrived, it was clear she had a natural ability to connect with children. Ramzi warmed up to her almost immediately. Her friendly and bubbly demeanor and engaging personality put him (and us) at ease. We particularly appreciated her proactive communication, keeping us updated on how things were going with Ramzi. Overall Clarisse's warmth, reliability and professionalism made our night out worry-free. I cannot wait to meet her again (hopefully in the summer), and highly recommend her to other families. Ingrid was amazing, she communicated really clearly with us and was very prompt in her timings. She was professional, and made us all feel very safe. ​Kayleigh was amazing. She was punctual and excellent with communication. She was great with my kids (3mo and 3yr at the time) and was very comfortable taking them out and about. Margot was fantastic with Bessie. She had a lovely gentle style, was playful with her, positive in her attitude and very reliable. To us, she was friendly and proactive in helping out when Bessie was sleeping. We would highly recommend her.  April 2024

We had the best experience with Margot, she was a fantastic nanny for our two kids during our time in Chamonix. I was nervous that the kids would be crying when we left every morning….nope, in fact they asked for her the second day!  She spent the days with our 23 month old daughter and would walk back and forth picking our son up from ski school everyday, the kids had so much fun with her. On top of being kind, caring, and very professional, she was able to accommodate our changing schedule. It’s impossible to have a strict schedule on vacation and she made everything less stressful for us. We can’t say enough good things! We highly recommend Margot! April 2024

​​​​I can’t say enough good things about Baby-Cham and the AMAZING sitters my children had while visiting Chamonix. We had only arranged for a sitter one night for our two children who ended up being Beth and she was terrific! We actually got to meet her the night before because other families we were sharing the chalet with had hired a sitter for almost every night of their stay due to the ages of their children. So we ended up sharing their sitters most nights and all of the sitters couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating to our situation. Each so pleasant and so patient and able to give our children ages 6 and 10 the same attention as the babies and toddlers they were also watching. They were always on time, identified the specific needs of each child; they were engaging and just so sweet and polite to all.  It was the perfect situation every time. THANK YOU!  March 2024

I just wanted to say what a total star Lowa is 😀.  She was absolutely brilliant with Alice - warm, gentle, engaging and fun. She had the confidence and maturity to take Alice out to do a wide range of activities well beyond our expectations. I am happy to give feedback on our experience with Sarah W.  She was excellent and our experience was fantastic! This was our first time leaving our daughter with a non-family member and Sarah made us feel really comfortable.  Her communication was fantastic from the start and she gave us plenty of updates throughout the day. She arrived exactly when she said she would with a huge bag of toys and activities and Maisie was very happy to stay with her.  I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone looking for childcare in Chamonix.  I'll definitely write a review of Facebook as well. ​It went very well from our perspective. The booking process was very efficient with very relevant information being provided and prompt responses to any queries.  Our children seemed to take to Ingrid very quickly and were very happy when we returned to see them on both days they spent with her.  Ingrid provided updates and pictures on chat throughout which made us feel at ease when we were away. The apartment was clean and tidy when we returned every day which we recognise is in itself an achievement when taking care of a 3 year old and 9 months old baby during the day. January 2024

​Everything went really smoothly. It was our first time using a babysitter for Remy and to be honest we were extremely nervous. Kayleigh made us feel at ease, she shared some of her experience working with young babies and came across very knowledgeable. I think this really helped us to relax and feel comfortable leaving him for the day. She listened to the instructions I left and kept in contact throughout the day with questions or general updates on how things were going. We are really pleased with how things went and would be happy to leave a public review as well.  September 2023

I believe I already made a review for Juliet. But in case it didn't go through, I would like to share that Juliet was very warm and friendly with Auguste. She was able to give him enjoyable experience at Chamonix when she brought him to different places around the town. We find her very accommodating to our concerns and she gave us updates from time to time. For me, that gave us the feeling of trust that she can able to handle well our baby and that our baby is secured and safe with her. Ease of service was good, price was in line with expectations, and flexibility was particularly appreciated. Lisa was great and did a wonderful job. She arrived 30min early, and managed to keep our little one settled enough for the entire evening until he was hungry for his night feed.  Would highly recommend her for young babies. March 2023
